in PixyMon 2.09 I went to file->configure->interface->data out port, and selected analog/digital x. I also taught Pixy to identify an orange ping pong ball by setting signature 1. In the video view, Pixy detects and tracks the ball. However, pin 1 on the 10 pin ribbon cable port never goes to 0V. Even before detecting the ball, the pin just remains at 3.3V.
Please help!

Make sure you are in “Default” mode instead of “cooked” mode.
