Which one is a better choice for the CMUcam.
Right now Arduino has the most support, although we hope to have the other two supported soon.
Do you have a specific application in mind? If so, then this may affect your choice. If you’re just wanting to play around with Pixy/CMUcam then Arduino is the best choice right now.

If your project is to take images from Pixy Camera and then upload them on some web server then you should go with Raspberry Pi and if its just about getting images and applying some image processing then Arduino is best. You should also have a look at this post
