Camera is fuzzy and dark

I bought 2 Pixy’s, and when I watch the raw video one of the Pixy’s video is just black and the other Pixy’s video is very blurry and dark. I’ve cleaned both lenses with a Q-tip, and no improvement. I’ve attached a screenshot of my blurry Pixy camera.

Any help would be great.

Does the camera with the black image connect to PixyMon?
