Is it possible to capture the video to a local SD card seen by the Pixy2 cam?
Hi, Pixy is not really designed for this - you’d be better off using a webcam, most likely. However, there is a method to manually capture frames from PixyMon, and I believe some users have developed a hack to constantly capture frames as individual images.
Can you say more about your application?
unfortunately, I cant say more…but baseline is object / light tracking and was simply looking to see if images/video could be captured and saved on event/trigger.

You can get video frames over USB through libpixyusb2. There is an example called “get_raw_frame”.
