Damage on camera with delivery

*Hey,

I have been trying to contact CMUcam5 Pixy office, but no one has answered me. I have got my Pixy camera with damaged on the camera. there is a black piece on the screen while using the pixy. the pixy can still recognizes objects but not on this specific piece damage. I am trying to return and getting a new one but no one is answering. please help.
