Dark Screen in RAW Video Mode

I am using CMUCam5 which is directly connected to my laptop through USB cable. Despite many different configurations and light settings, i am still unable to see raw or processed video on pixymon screen. The screen remain almost black until i directly focus on my Light bulb, even in that case only white light is visible on the screen and rest of the object is still not visible. I am using windows 10 with pixymon 2.0.9 and firmware 2.0.19.
