DFU mode - Problem

Hi,

I can not update my Pixy, I follow the instructions correctly:

“Press and hold down the white button on top of Pixy. While holding the button down, connect Pixy to the USB cable from the previous step. Once the cable is connected, you can let go of the button.”

My computers recognize Pixy, but in normal mode, it is not problem of cables, nor is it the problem of drivers, the button does not have problem.

The PixyMon can not help until you connect Pixy in DFU Mode. (attached a picture)

There is another way to enter the DFU mode?

Hello Alejandro,
Pixymon is saying that you need to update your firmware.

Make sure that you don’t have anything hooked to your Pixy. Unplug your Arduino, or other host system, and unplug any RC-servos. And unplug your USB cable.

Then try holding down the white button while plugging in the USB cable. Pixy should power up with a white LED illuminated. If it does not, please describe what’s happening.

Pixy does not enter in DFU mode, I try with other windows machines and MAC but the same result.

I can program the LPC4330 otherwise ?
