I have a Hitec HS5645MG digital servo which I would like to pair up with CMUcam5 to run some application. Would it be possible to pair up this digital servo using pixy’s default servo ports? What are the settings that I would need to change? I’ve tried changing the servo frequency to about 285 t0 300 but there isn’t any response from the servo. I have also tried the manual input command “rcs_setPos 0 1000” but the servo does not seem to respond. The servo seem to be powering up fine. “humming” sound can be heard when there is light pressure being press against the servo arm. The CMUcam5 and Hitec HS5645MG are powered up via a USB battery pack, 5v 2A.
Solved, Seem to me it is a issue with the P and D Gain settings. Got to set them at a rather low values of 10 to 30
