Is it possible to manual define the signature definition in the .prm file?
How is the line coded:
??
I would lige to make one signature for a red color - that is RGB 255,0,0.
And likewise one for green and blue.

The color signatures are statistical models, not just ranges of RGB. They are not easily editable. (sorry)
