Does the Pixy has computational capacity for implementing Histogram of oriented gradients (HOGs) algorithm for people detection ?

I’m not a computer vision guy, and I’m not familiar with the HOG algorithm, but what I could dig up looks interesting. I’ll ask around, but I suspect that it’s possible to run this on Pixy. I apologize but I can’t provide a detailed explanation.
