Is it ok to attach 2 pixy2 cam to a single EV3 controller

I noticed one pixy2 is not functioning well.

Hello,
The EV3 doesn’t have enough power capacity to power two Pixys. If you can supply power via different means (via the I/O connector or via USB) it should be fine though.
