Linux Ubuntu 12.04 - No pixy devices detected

Hi guys. I’ve done everything according to README.linux file downloaded from the pixymon_src-0.1.49.tar.gz file.

I’ve done it step by step but however, when I try to ./PixyMon in the pixymon-0.1.49/bin directory, it shows an error stating… “error:No pixymon devices detected”.

I desperately need it to work as soon as possible.

Any suggestions will be welcomed! Thank a lot!

The device permissions sometimes get in the way… have you tried to run as root?

sudo ./PixyMon

I’ve tried it already. Running it as root and even creating a root login.

But still the ./PixyMon shows “no pixy devices detected”.
