New pixyMon parameters

Hi everyone,

We currently work on a project that needs Pixy and its software.
We just would like to know which values we have to enter in the servos parameters.
The values by default were -200 and 200 but we don’t know what it stands for ?
Then, we tried different values and nothing changed.

Do we have to put lowest and highest angles in degrees or something else ?
And does the values affect Pixy only if it’s use by Arduino and not by PixyMon ?

Hello Anais,
The servo limits allow you to adjust the range of motion of your servo. If you set the limits to all 0’s, you’ll notice that the servo won’t move as far. Setting the upper limit to a higher value and the lower limit to a lower value will extend the range.
