Dear Forums,
I installed the pixymon software, and plugged in the pixycam. when I go to update the driver I get a “!” next to it yet it says it is up to date. When I run the windows error drive fixer I get an error code 10 (which means there is something wrong with the driver.) I don’t know how to get it to work!

Hi Alexander, which version of windows are you running? It sounds like the device drivers didn’t get installed for some reason.
The “!” you mention I assume is in the Device Manager. You can try to install the drivers manually by right-clicking on the icon in the Device Manager and then selecting “Update device driver software” then browsing over to C:\Program Files (x86)\PixyMon\driver.
