Pan/Tilt Demo - error: Pixy has stopped working

1] I open the Pixymon software.

2] I power up the pixy by plugging into the USB port of a 64 bit Windows 8.1 system

I get:

Pixy Detected;
Pixy firmware Version 0.1.43
CCB1 frame data

3] I Click Actions > Signature 1

I get:

…

cam_getFrame 0x21 0 0 320 300
response 0 (0x0) BA81 frame data
cc_setSigReigon 1
HINT(Reg1) reigon (User-selected region)?(Select region with mouse)

4] I then select a unique colored region of interest

I get:

Success!
Response: 79 (0x4f)
RunProgArg 8 1
response: 0 (0x0)
CMV1 frame data
…

5] I click Actions > Run Pan/Tilt Demo

I then get:

error: Pixy has stopped working

Pixy detected
CCB1 frame data
…

Please tell me, how can I make this run/tilt demo work?.

I am trying to run Pixymon 0.1.49 on Windows 8.1.

Hi Isaac,

Hmm thats a bit odd. Has the pan/tilt demo ever worked for you? Does the default program work for you?

I doubt this is it, but try running @cam_getFrame 0x21 0 0 320 200@ instead of @cam_getFrame 0x21 0 0 320 300@. When I tried setting the resolution to 320x300 Pixymon got kind of weird, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
