Pan/Tilt Demo problems

Hello,

I have a Pixy connected to an Arduino Uno R3. When I run the Pan/Tilt demo, the camera will not stop jerking around. On the PixyMon screen, the S=1 box continually jumps around even when I am not moving the learned object. Is this normal behavior or am I doing something incorrectly?
