Pan/Tilt Problems


I’m attempting to use the pan/tilt demo on my pixy. It moves erratically and doesn’t follow or move away from anything, even though it appears to be recognising objects when looking at PixyMon. I’ve tried using different power sources, running it through Arduino and switching the servo pins over. Is there anything else I could try?



Hey, sorry you’re having trouble. I’m assuming you’re using original Pixy.

We had some servo QC issues a while back, so if you have the GoTec servos (they are black and clear, with a GoTec sticker on them) they may be defective. If you have all-black servos with no label, they should work much better, but you do need to slightly modify your original Pixy to work with them.
