I tried 6 different windows 10 on the computer. Tested with different USB cables and ports. Pixy2 does not work. It does not appear in the device managers of computers at all. When I connected the Arduino I tried the color codes from the sample codes. Support please.
Sorry you’re having trouble! Where and when did you purchase your Pixy2?
If you hold down the white button while Pixy2 is connected to the computer, it should flash a series of colors on the LED. Does this happen?

I got it from the only seller in my country that I reached on your website. I can’t answer your question about led because I sent the product back. I’ve tried all the solutions you’ve offered to those who have had similar problems before me.
