PC won't detect Pixy

Hi everyone,
1.) I have problem with the original lego pixy. Recently, when we tried to connect the pixy to our pc, it would turn on, but our pc doesn’t detect/read it. I already looked in the device manager, but no pixy showed up. And yes, I did do the LED Cycle test, tried different cables, tried to connect it to both macos and windows, we tried to load up a new firmware but nothing worked.

2.) And is it also possible to use the lego version on an arduino?

Hello,
Can you describe what the LED on Pixy is doing? What does the LED do when you apply power to Pixy (plug it into your PC via USB cable)? What does the LED do when you enter firmware upload mode?
