Ping command through SPI

Hi all,
is there a way to implement a ‘ping’ command to send to Pixy through SPI? I would use it in case of empty blocks received for long time in order to check if pixy is still working. If not, how can I accomplish this capability?

Hello Larry,
This is a good question. Unfortunately, Pixy doesn’t send any information unless it has detected objects. We will add this to our list of requested features though. Thanks!
