Hi there, I was curious on the durability of a Pixy if I wanted to use it as a 24 hour monitoring camera. Is this okay to do? What do I have to consider in order to do this? Will a cooling fan help with the reliability and life if I were to do this. Thanks in advance.

Hopefully Pixy will be indoors, yes? (Pixy doesn’t have any weather protection.) In general, Pixy should be fine running 24 hours. I would guess that a cooling fan shouldn’t be needed unless the ambient temps are high (100F or above), but this is just a guess. We haven’t done this kind of testing with Pixy.
