I’m just curious on what really is happening when I press the button in Pixy. How does it register the item to the color signature? Is it deep learning or something? Can someone explain? Thanks in advance.

When you press the button on Pixy to learn a color, Pixy creates a statistical model of the colors in your object. It then uses the statistical model to create a lookup-table so it can quickly find your objects in images. It’s not deep learning, but it’s effective
