Pixy Detected - error: Unable to connect to device.

I am having the same issue that several other people have had with their CMU.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pixymon and the drivers.

I have installed the v17 firmware on the camera. But, Pixymon is unable to connect to the device.

I am slightly upset and will be happy to explain why in a private message.

This camera was just purchased in the last couple weeks.

But it sounds like you’ve successfully updated the firmware?

Bryan, just sent you an email about this issue. Like any tech company, we have a small percentage of defective units. Sounds like this may be one of them. We’ll get you sorted out!
