Pixy Loop error/unable to connect

Hi,
I have a PixyCam that’s about 4 to 5 months old, which recently has stopped working. I keep getting this error loop in pixy cam
“Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.
Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.”
I’ve tried this Pixycam on multiple computers, with multiple USB cables (that I am 100% sure are functioning. I have no idea what is going on.

Lastly sorry if this appears to be a double post. I posted a similar message earlier about this, but it’s not showing up.

Hello Nischal,
Sorry for the problems. Can you try downloading the latest firmware into your Pixy?

There is some information here:

Hi,

Ive updated the firmware, however it still has not fixed the problem and I’m still getting the same error loop in pixymon. Lastly when I plug in the pixy the white light flashes which indicates that their is still signs of life in the pixycam.
