How much storage capacity does the Pixy have? Also how many images, with color and without can it capture at a time? Furthermore, will the storage capacity be enough to capture about 110 images and more?

Pixy’s storage capacity is relatively small when talking about storing images. It has 264K bytes of RAM and 1M bytes of Flash. You might be able to store a single (uncompressed) image in Flash, given that the loaded program isn’t too large.
Pixy wasn’t designed to store images, it was designed to detect objects in images and relay that data to other devices. Pixy’s memory is large enough to store data about detected objects, but not necessarily large enough for images. You’d be better off storing these elsewhere.
