Pixy not detected

Hi there,
I just got a new Pixycam and tried it out. It worked perfectly at first so i tried to work with it through RoboRio using SPI port, it didn’t work. Afterwards, when I plugged Pixy back onto my computer (windows 10) it stopped to work :frowning: The LED would turn on and would not turn off, I tired multiple cables and on different computers but none of them would detect Pixy, I tried uninstall and reinstall Pixymon and nothing seems to work.

Please help me, thank you.

Hello Annie,
Sorry for the problems. It is possible to damage Pixy by supplying power to it backwards through the I/O port. Hopefully nothing like that happened. :frowning: This troubleshooting guide might help:

In particular, you might try #5, trying to reload the firmware. Let me know what you find.
