I’m having a problem with my Pixy. When I turn it on, the LED turn light blue-ish and it doesn’t recognize any color. When I run the example code to check if it’s getting blocks, it doesn’t even show the message “Starting…”. I can’t do anything, not even get into Firmware Update Mode. Is it probably fried?

Does your computer detect any USB device when you have Pixy connected via USB and you go into firmware upload mode? (by holding down the white button when you plug in Pixy?)

I have a dead pixy, originally worked fine, shelved it for a while. Now, no boot indications, no usb recognition, only a constant white led. Any way to resuscitate?

Our apologies for the non-responsive Pixy. Have you tried to (re)upload the firmware?

No usb recognition so no way to upload firmware. It is bricked. Found the support email address: [email protected], It is under a 90 day warranty and has been returned. Email support was fast and responsive.
