Hi folks,
I have seen a few older forum posts on the subject, but I cant seem to get the PIXY drivers to work on Windows 10.
Following the set-up guide (at https://irlock.com/pages/startirlockpixy), i was able to complete steps 1 & 2 without issue. With step 3, however, I cannot seem to upload the firmware to the board which is likely a result of not having the driver correct. Following a troubleshooting guide linked in previous posts, (https://docs.pixycam.com/wiki/doku.php?id=wiki:v1:i_get_the_message_-22no_pixy_devices_have_been_detected-22_in_pixymon) I have attemped to re-direct the driver to install correctly but it continues to pop up “Windows found your drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them”. And this error occurs after resetting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the device, and disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable on different ports.
Any assistance would be appreciated and thanks in advance!
