pixymon can't connect to lego brick

the pixymon cam cannot connect to the brick. I’ve tried changing the the wires and the software, still it won’t connect. what to do ?

Hello Archit,
Did you get the Pixy LEGO version with the LEGO-compatible cable? Or did you try to make your own cable?

Our apologies, we don’t support the Mindsensors adapter. You should raise your issue with Mindsensors.
