Powering two pixy cams and arudino

Hello, what is the most convenient way to power two pixy cams and an arduino.I could use 6-8 double A batteries. However, there probably is a more convenient rechargeable way.

Hi Andrew,

you could use a rechargeable lipo battery for this. There are plenty of options online - if you’re using the power connector on Pixy, you want a voltage between 6-10V. Note that a single Pixy’s typical power consumption is 140mA at 5V, so multiply that by 2, add the Arduino consumption, and then multiply by the number of hours you want your battery to last to find the ideal mAh rating.

Alternately, you could use a rechargeable USB power pack, like the ones used to charge phones.

Hope this helps!
