when I try to set Signature 1 from the PixyMon Software by the mouse after I released my Finger from mouse buttons to end the Selection, it gives me s=1 selection full screen and does not track the object the selection of s=1 will cover the whole screen

The scene you have is difficult because it’s backlit, which makes foreground objects (the cube) appear dark, which can make the color of objects become muted. This page has some tips on how to improve signatures:
