I downloaded the Pixymon software and driver, but when I plug in my pixy, it says the firmware needs to be updated. I followed the instructions for updating firmware, and my pixy enters DFU mode, and the white light flashes, but my computer does not display any messages about installing a driver like the documentation says it should. I have tried on two different windows. I also tried to use a Mac with pixymon so I wouldn’t have to deal with the firmware, but it just continuosly crashed.
Any thoughts?
