I connect the Pixy2 camera via USB port to my computer and it turns blue, but the Pixymon program doesn’t see it, and it’s not visible in the Task Manager. We’ve changed the wires, and the Pixy is getting extremely hot. We’ve tried reinstalling the firmware following the instructions, but it just turns green and then nothing happens.
