Can one teach CmuCam5 to recognize Rectangles and Rhomboids.
I have an application and I see that CmuCam5 has lots of processing power, but don’t know if this can be done. Ideally I wold hook up CmuCam5 to Arduino Due.

Pixy does not support shape detection as of right now. It has been requested by a number of other people on these forums, so we may look in to adding this feature later on. But as of right now we haven’t done any work in shape detection. If you need this now and you’re up to the task you can always fork the “source”:https://github.com/charmedlabs/pixy to add it yourself. Otherwise let us know what kind of functionality you’re looking for and we’ll keep it in mind for the next time we add features.
