Running Pixy2 pan tilt via STM32f100RB

Hi all, I just bought the Pixy2 camera and the pan tilt kit and was wondering if I could run the demo off the STM32f100RB microcontroller I have rather than an Arduino. I have downloaded all the header files and am currently in the dilemma of converting them into C rather than C++. Is there a better way to go about this? Any input would be helpful.
