Sd card to save images

We are using pixy on a remote device. We would like to save images onto a microsd card for post process troubleshooting/debugging. How feasible is it, in terms of performance, to modify the pixy2 firmware to do this?

I suspect it’s not feasible due to the limited RAM and slowness of writing a 2MB raw image to sd card but wanted to see what solutions people have come up with.

Hello,
I think you’re right – the slowness of the SD card and the limited RAM would make this challenging if you wanted to do this at framerate or close to framerate.
