Servo control over I2C

Hi,

is servo control over I2C implemented?
I can only find references to doing it over SPI - e.g. in http://cmucam.org/projects/cmucam5/wiki/Pixy_Serial_Protocol

Hi Rob,

Right now it can only be controlled over SPI. We may add I2C support in the future, but right now there are higher priority features on the todo list.

ok, so the support needs to be baked into the firmware.

Is a new firmware release (obviously without servo control on I2C :slight_smile: ) on the cards before Christmas?

Yup, we’re finishing up some huge improvements to the color detection algorithm and other bug fixes. We’re planning to release soon. More announcements soon!
