can anybody explain me how to control or set pixy white balance using code through arduino mega?

as far as I know this functionality does not exist. Here’s the list of Arduino commands: http://cmucam.org/projects/cmucam5/wiki/Arduino_API

You can control the behavior of Pixy’s built-in automatic white balance settings using PixyMon: http://cmucam.org/projects/cmucam5/wiki/Camera_Pane
