Hi, I am excited to start using pixy! I bought 2 (Pixy R1.3A hardware) and have tried everything in the troubleshooting guide with both cameras, on 3 computers, with no luck.
Macbook Pro OS X, Arduino UNO R3, IDE version 1.5 and version 1.6.8
Built Windows 7 Ultimate, IDE v1.06
HP laptop Windows 10 Home, IDE v1.06

Followed troubleshooting guide, just get “Starting…” in serial monitor. Installed newest firmware in both pixies, tried again. Same result on all machines.

I hope it is something I am doing wrong.

Please give me some guidance, I appreciate your time.

Pay special attention to #4. Are you seeing Pixy’s LED illuminate when it sees the objects you taught it.
