Suitable to track bees?

Good evening

I am looking for a way to track my bees at my beehives, specifically I would like to track how many leave and enter the hive at a given moment.

Is this something the Pixy camera could do?

Hi Andreas,

Pixy excels at tracking brightly colored objects. Bees seem a bit dark for successful tracking. You might have better luck with a vision system based on a different algorithm - some examples are OpenCV with a webcam, OpenMV, or JeVois.
