Unable to detect pixycam

My Pixymon detected the device, but was still unable to connect.
Test repeated with 2 different cables and 2 different ports - no change.
Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.
Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.
Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.
Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.
Pixy detected.
error: Unable to connect to device.
Please help me. Thank you.

Hello,
Can you describe what happens to the LED when you plug in the USB cable?

Are you able to upload firmware? If not, what error do you get?
