Unable to detect

Hello,
I get this message on my laptop, but the same device works fine on my desktop.
error: No Pixy devices have been detected.

I have followed this page and performed the driver upgrades, still unable to get it to work.

I have to make this wor with the laptop outside or the robot will be useless.
The OS is Windows 10. Please help the competition is extremely close.

The device comes up as hidden in the device manager. During installation the driver pre-install phase, finishes so fast it does not look like anything happened. This is clearly a device driver issue.

Hello Dinesh,
Sorry for the problems. Have you tried to bring up the device manager and right-click to update driver, then browse to the driver directory in C:\program files(x86)\PixyMon?
