USB drivers didn't won't install.

So I opened my pixycam for the first time yesterday to test it out. After installing the software and plugging the camera in I was greeted with the error of no camera found.
I’ve tried:
reinstalling pixymon (reinstalling with antivirus disabled)
Changing cables
Restarting my computer
I can’t update firmware because I can’t find a pixycam object in my device manager and the led on the front just stays white, which leads me to believe that the USB drivers didn’t install.
I tried running the SetupCopyOEMInf.exe in the driver folder in hopes that might install the drivers, but it didn’t seem to do anything.

Is there a way I can manually install the drivers without doing it through the normal pixymon set up? Or is there something else going wrong with my camera?

Hello,
Our apologies for the problem. Does the white LED turn on and stay on when you plug Pixy into a USB port (without holding down the button)?

Yes, the LED turns white and stays on as long as it’s plugged in. Pushing the button down doesn’t seem to produce any change either.
