I have a task to develop a device for recognizing of people passing events. I bought a pixy sensor and try to use one in my project. But I can’t setup pixy (by pixymon) for recognize persons who dressed with different clothes. Do you have some setup suggestions or it need to change firmware? Regards …

unfortunately Pixy is probably not the best sensor for this. It’s designed to track colored objects, based on hue. You can teach up to 7 different colors, so if you had people dress in only 7 different colors of clothes (that did not include black, white or grey) you would be able to use Pixy for this application. Pixy does not support shape or pattern recognition. You might try using a webcam and OpenCV or similar.
