Hello I am having issue opening the pixy2 software. It just quit and it is impossible to open it. I am using Monterey os. Any resolution?

It sounds like PixyMon isn’t running on your Mac. Does it give you an error when you try to run it? Is your Mac an M1 or an Intel processor?

Yes i am using pixy 1 like in the photo on the box says version 2
It says version 2? Just to confirm, your Pixy doesn’t look like the picture below. (This is also version 2, version 2.1 to be exact):
If you truly have version 1, you should be using this version of PixyMon:

If the box says version 2, where did you purchase?
